We desperately need more Street Captains and a new Community Watch program.  We just had a house burglarized in broad daylight and no one saw anything!  We all need to help our neighbors and report anything out of the ordinary to the police.  This advice comes from the police and they would rather investigate 50 hoaxes than 1 robbery!  Help if you can!  Call or write any of your Board members to get more information.

Do we have a street captain for Presnell Place or Chelsea Commons? If not I might be available if you can tell what all it entails.
